I'm still not enamored with the way he left last year but I do still hope he is successful this year especially vs the coots!

genuinely like to see him do well, especially against all the teams I can't stand in the SEC...

He certainly did not handle leaving very gracefully and I think he'll acknowledge that with a few years' hindsight but he still did a lot for the program. He was put in arguably one of the worst positions in CFB history being sandwiched between 2 GOATs. He still won 12 games, an ACC Title, and went to CFB Playoff (and beat the Gamecocks). That's a better career than 98% of other Clemson QBs.
