Homeland Security need not worry about the Hill area. CUAD has screwed up the seating on the hill so badly that the Hill is vacant so no one is in harm's way in that area.

Well, Clemson isn’t forced to make the change - it is a recommendation. That said, they probably will eliminate the spots on the stadium side of the street as they are effectively under the seating area of the stadium. All-in-all not a huge shock to me given the stand-off distance right now is about 0 ft.

Anyone ever stand outside the stadium at the top of The Hill to greet the team as they get off the buses? I did once, 2014 vs UGA, and I can tell you The Hill blocks the sound of Tiger Band from making it to the street. I couldn't hear Tiger Rag. If sound can't travel from the field to the street, a shock wave from the street isn't going to travel very far down The Hill.

time to change softball field to y beach area and save football tailgating so the average donor can at least see the stadium

Nah...it will just serve as motivation for the “average donor” to increase thier donation.
