GT was the annoying rain.

We were prepared for the ND game. We KNEW we were going to be in rain the whole game. The next week against GT, the suits predicted the rain was ending before the game or just after the start. WRONG! It was steady, but not a downpour, the entire game. All we had brought were ponchos and/or rain coats. My feet were soaked and jeans were soaked through. The wet underwear was the worst part for the two-hour followup drive home.

Also, I seem to remember a UVa vs Clemson game in the early 90s (90-91) when it rained, hailed, and snowed all in one game. We left shortly after halftime and watched the remainder on a TV at my apartment in Clemson.

Funny thing about that rain it caused the chickens to drop a home game and bus all the way down the LSU for a chicken fry. Hahaha
