Old timers may remember there used to be a game where the college all stars would play the NFL champs after the season. I think the college guys actually won a few of those

I bet that Spurrier was the coach of the Red Skins when they lost to the college team 28/16 in the 1938 game.;)

From what I have heard, they won a lot, which is why that game is no longer played...the NFL was getting embarrassed.

The Medal Of Honor Bowl will be played in Charleston, S.C. 2 PM on Jan 11, 2014.
Players are invited based on their position on NFL draft boards. This will be the first senior all star game, one week after the BCS championship and two weeks before another all star game.
The Medal Of Honor Society has approved this game for years to come and will also include honoring the "Best of the Best", our Medal Of Honor Recipients, and our Wounded Warriors with events during that week.
More information will follow.
