But I would also like to see him get some more carries. I'd like to see Howard get some more carries. I'd like to see AE get some more carries. Let's get ahead early and not have to come from behind again, and they'll all get some more carries.

IMO - what we need is a blowout game where the first teamers can get off the field and the Bellamy's of the team can get reps. Face it - we have not been in a comfortable game all year. (Maybe BC) Maybe this is the week we can do this.

they are a major influence in these young men's lives. Spurrier doesnt give a crap about any player outside of if he can help him win or not. Tommy west, tommy bowden, dabo, they're all great guys and have had positive influences on all their players.

Mike Bellamy is a gifted athlete, and we need to utilize his skills in the game. If he can't be the star running back, we should utilize his speed by throwing to him (assuming he can catch) which Ellington has had trouble with. Can you imagine having Ellington and Bellamy in the backfield and having Nuke, Watkins and Our studley Tight End on the field at one time. Throw in a couple of more specialists, and I ask how do you defend that? Our trouble is that we have too many weapons, but what a nice problem. JMHO, but Bellamy needs to think about the positives and help them see where he can help.

And with what little I really know about the situation, this is exactly what he should have said, and exactly the truth.
Mb is used to being the man, and now he is not. he will have to earn it and that can be tough.
If he does not earn it, then he was not good enough and someone better is playing, regardless of the promise he showed.

Mike you are very young. It is not how you start, but how you finish. You may not see it now, but later you will look at this situation and realize how much better you will be. Good luck to you, we are all rooting for you to succeed.

Dabo has had to address this issue. This does not bode well for bellamy unless his productivity improves. I understand he is teaching the young man. The only time you want to be talked about on a team with this much talent, is when you are doing something positive on the field.
