Some people just cannot be pleased. We are likely to host a super and still have people complaining about how we are playing. Now if we do host a super we do need to win it but I believe we will!

we normally do then we won't win a home Regional. Hosting was fun the last couple years bc it'd been a while. But this team will be judged on what they do in the NCAAs, not 40+ wins. It's time to advance in the postseason for the first time since '10.

When was the last season the maximum number of runs our pitching gave up in a loss was 6.... most of the losses were less than that.
Note b4 someone points it out. Miami game loss was on Monte & the walkoff slam by coastal, Wharton didn’t even try to catch.

Not sure why or who would TD this post but perhaps you didn’t understand it. Our pitching staff, less the Miami fiasco we should have won, in the losses we had our pitching staff averaged 3.7 earned runs in those losses. We’re in the top 25 era out of 297 teams. Pretty darn good when you consider we have 3 starters starting for their first time this year.
We don’t have a premiere starter as most top ten teams do. One that goes out every outing and gives up 1 or 2 runs tops. All that said our pitching has been phenomenal given what we’ve worked with. We’ve lost 13 games and with a era in those games of 3.7, a little bit of timely hitting, we’d have won a bunch of those games.
