Yes

Did SEC team win their final game?
Yes, then jump up 3 to 5 spots

No, then drop only 1 spot

I like how Texas beat UGA but still finished below them.

Georgia losses: #1 Alabama (SEC_CG), #11 LSU, Texas (in bowl game)
Texas losses: unranked Maryland, unranked Oklahoma St, #13 WVU, #4 Oklahoma (Big 12-CG...Texas won first meeting in regular season, but lost the big game)
