Baseball Game Could Have Been Much Worse

Seems the hitting has just been getting worse with each of the past few years. You've got to score 5+ runs per game in college to consistently win.

three years ago we had great hitting but average pitching,
last year we only had good hitting, but also good pitching,
this year we have great pitching, but bad hitting.

Kind of reminds me of early days of Dabo's teams before he got great offensive and defensive teams.

Dabo’s teams steadily improved over time. For baseball, the hitting, or lack thereof, has not improved over the past three seasons. As of now, there is no offense.

Carolina's baseball program has fallen further than ours. Could be embarrassing for them.
