QB is a PLAY-UH, but Tar Heels lack talent across the board and suspect depth

know my Son went to Clemson & then to UGa Law and growls & barks!

After 4 years with Law firm outside Charlotte he formed own Law Firm & just celebrated his 22nd year and doing well with those two degrees.

He really enjoyed Athens , as I did when visiting (1st home game in Sanford was LSU!) but he’s 110% Tiger and shows it in clothing, caps & car decals.

That is wonderful!!

I know you are proud of your son and I wish him all the best!

I went to UGA grad school and enjoyed it, but I can’t stand UGA or the city of Athens today. Both the town and institution are liberal freak shows and I avoid both.

Not sure I will go to any UGA games this year for a variety of reasons.

Looking back, I wish I had gone to Clemson.

Again, congratulations to your son!

I feel your pain Bulldog. My alma mater, UNC, has turned into a liberal freak show as well.
As for the original topic , I don’t think 19 is too low for the Heels. We need a few years to build depth and maturity. Help is on the way but we are still a year or two away from being really good in my opinion.

that wine & cheese pit in Orange County.

I would submit that it has ALWAYS been a liberal freak show ..... always a little more liberal and freaky than most. And now that seemingly all colleges are going down that path, the tarhole desire to be ahead on the liberal, freaky scale puts them WAY out there.

Brad Brownell: Only Larry freaking Shyatt has a WORSE overall winning percentage among Clemson basketball coaches since 1975. Let that sink in. It's Larry Shyatt & then Brad Brownell.

Yeah but I was there in the mid 80s. I had some liberal professors but I had some solid conservative ones too. I’m sure the conservative ones are hard to find now. No college is immune to that now. I’m learning that even private Christian colleges are having increased numbers of socialist faculty.

They have all 11 starters coming back on offense and have a good recruiting class coming in. How is that no depth? Also defense will be improved with a good cord.
I have them at 14th.

Top twenty team if the full season is played. Game with the Irish will me interesting. Hope the Irish don’t enjoy their one year stay in the ACC.

DL is UNC’s biggest question mark as far as position group. We have 4 stud freshman additions who should provide depth at that position. It could be a big year for the Heels if we can play the season.

You might be right and it could be a really good year. But my gut tells me slow down with expectations and give it more time. Maybe at 56 years old I’ve just watched too many years of bad football which prevents me from being too optimistic.
