I agree. He should go!
Many times, Fauci had the opportunity to tell the US nation that TheRump was telling baldface lies about C-19, and Fauci dodged the questions to allow TheRump's lies to go out as gospel.
And, many people believed TheRump's lies; and many of those people are now dead because they did not take C-19 seriously.
Yes, Fauci should go.
But, who would tell you that TheRump's lie about "...99% of C-19 cases are minor" is false?

Each generation of the virus loses the kill characteristic and becomes more contagious.
The virus was quite deadly when it hit NY. Remember, Trump shut down all travel from China except American citizens and those who had legal right to enter here. It was obvious to anyone with two or more brain cells that they would take other than direct routes, Europe was the obvious way.
Europe got hit the hardest because so many Chinese made stopovers there. NY was second and some of the cities with international airports got a dose of the original virus. That played a bigger role in the death tolls more than any other factor. However, the lockdowns did delay the spread which gave the virus time to change enough to take a much smaller toll on life. Thanks, Cuomo.
The situation now is that the virus death toll is less than 10% of what it was originally. That is mostly attributed to mutation but HCQ and other medications along with massive increases in testing have made significant impact on death tolls.
The bureaucrats, all of them, have stood in the way, given halfazz advise and prolonged the misery. That much is obvious to anyone who kept their eyes open and observed the facts rather than letting politics manage their opinion.
For anyone who is still kneejerking over this situation I will give you some advice. Prolong your initial encounter and you will surely not die.
