He did, and I predicted he would be the best of the 2 (though both were great prospects). Tony had early injury issues, and I think it was a mistake playing him his first year. Maybe allowing him to heal would have benefited him and the team. Anthony turned out to be the beast of the two, and I loved his leadership. Never know what the future holds, but I would say that ours is bright, because we have some real studs coming to Clemson all the time now.

What stood out is the recruiting rankings they showed for some of our guys, and how well the staff developed them during their time in Tigertown. Beasley #19 Athlete...2-time consensus first-team all American. Gallman #30 RB...one of the all time Clemson greats. Hopkins #12 Athlete...arguably the best WR in Clemson history. Mike Williams #27 WR???...not arguably the best WR in the country this past season. Not to mention all the others the past several years, as well as top flight recruits that have lived up to the hype (Anthony, Watson, Wilkins, etc.) Dang our coaches are good!
