He could be our best back, easily. But for intents and purposes he's a freshman playing in his first game after being injured for two seasons. The guy's going to need some time I expect.

And Dye is someone who coaches thought would play as a true freshman (last year), so he's not your typical guy getting his first action.
Also remember, coaches said Dye would've started last year over a senior who ended up being a 1000 yard rusher.

did in fact call this (while still managing to fail at T-net). It was just a pic that said, "Because I said so. Don't know why, but I have a feeling we'll be even bigger Dye fans after Saturday. He's just been one of those guys who jumped off the screen with his play on his recruiting video. Obviously he hasn't played in two years, and this isn't HS anymore. However, IMO, this young man can be the answer to our running game (given we block on the O-line). It won't hurt to have another RB given our recent losses at that position either! Go get em Tyshon!
