TB went to a club, and something happened that started this. Many of us went to clubs, and still do. I for one won't cast stones about altercations in a club. If this were me or any of you, I doubt it would make the news. It's not the end of the world, and I hope this is resolved quickly.

I've never known a bouncer that would press assault & battery charges for a push either. Must be a coot fan (that thinks Tajh has deep pockets).

Tajh,you are a much younger man than i am and i will tell you young
man that you are still an upstanding person and you must realize that
we all make mistakes and hopefully learn from them and move on.I have
made mistakes that would make yours look like belching in Church.God

He's a young man. I'm a fan and a Clemson grad from his hometown but "the push" looks like a bush league move right now with nationwide coverage - not putting Clemson in a good light. We'll see what kind of story comes out. C'mon man!

No one should go around shoving people, but bringing charges nearly TWO MONTHS after a shove? And the Greenville PD didn't decline?
C'mon. A Starkist cannery is less fishy. This is obviously the start to a desperate civil suit by some really dumb plaintiff(s).
I hope they get saddled with some discouraging court costs, but it's still terrible that Tajh has to wait for this horsecrap to be thrown out.
