I 100% believe him when he says he won't let it happen again.

The rest of the times, it'll just happen. How many fumbles did Ray-Ray have last season? Holding onto the ball is literally the easiest part of playing football.

I remember last year, but also hope that the improvement the coaches have seen in him this year ends up panning out. I don't know if Ray Ray is the most reliable return man. But he did something right this year in pratice to earn the top spot. Here's to hoping the lessons from this mistake carry forward to his entire game!

I agree, it was a boneheaded play and that one play pretty much represented the entire game. No one feels worse than Ray Ray, I am sure of that and it will never happen again.

Overall, I thought he really had about the best game of anyone on offense today so I am glad the light came on for him imo. He is def an exciting playmaker and he will make many more plays this season that will make you forget all about that one.

I just think that every player on our team should understand that no matter what happens after they cross the goal line with a FB in their hand, the ball will be handed to the Ref, and that it better not touch the ground unless the Ref puts it on the ground. There should never be a reason for the next 50 years that the ball don't get in the refs hands after they have scored. That will fix that mistake!!!

I agree. He had that planned all the way. Even crossboned in the back of the endzone when he SHOULD have handed the ball to the referee. These guys were NOT ready to play today and it almost cost them.

same thing happened during the FSU game

Early celebration cost a TD, I can forgive him for it

I would bench him for good if it did! That was just selfish! And uncaring. I have been a big fan of this guy. But F**I! Being hip! Make the touchdown!!!!!!!!

I would have done exactly what Dabo done, told him what a bone headed play that was, and put him right back out there and hope he males it across the goal line again!!!

Jamie Harper almost did the same thing in '09

@NC State 2009 I remember it getting reviewed but they didn't overturn.
