Tough loss, but we should be fine with Blanks. Kid was lights out before he tore his ACL.

Terrible for him , but better now than 4 games into the season . The redshirt will be a blessing for the young man . He is a great player and will be back better than ever next year !

Why in the world they don't wear braces in practices and scrimmages. It's so easy to read an all (I'm in number 3) and it's even easier to prevent with those braces. I mean I've got 2 lineman style braces and the last time I was fitted for some kind of sleeve type deal for my other knee that had been tested and proved to prevent a substantial amount of tears and was incredibly comfortable. So idk why we aren't putting these things on every play for practices.

Brace wouldn't have made any difference. Offering how a sleeve ad an idea is just idiotic. .. injuries haplen,nothing other than not playing would prevent it.
OL guys wear them for protection from rolling up on it...wouldn't have helped Wiggins

It seems every ### year one of our best players tears there ACL. It may happen at every other school but it just seems we can never catch a break with this injury. I really hope some time in the near future we can come up with a way to avoid these injuries or at least have a quicker recovery. Wiggins was one of my favorite players on defense and was really looking forward to seeing him play this year. He's been a very good player for us and a very underrated player. Fortunately for us, we have good depth at this position. Get well soon Korrin, i hope you have a speedy recovery.

I thought Wiggins was playing as the backup safety this year and not the projected starter at SAM (where Blanks was already working in camp).
