He is right that we don't have much in the way of NC's. Of course, we don't have near the infraction record they have, either, and I would imagine our trophy case is about as empty as the one holding his diploma, but he is right about our lack of trophies. Truth is we should have won that game, but we let a couple of slips cost us. That will teach us a great lesson. I expect both teams will revisit the NC stage.

If we can make it to Tampa this year, I would be utterly disappointed if Bama isn't there defending one side of the field as their own. When the ref flips the coin, I want a Bama player across from us making a call of heads or tails. There is no way to redeem that loss unless the team that beat us is there also!!! I actually pray that Clemson VS Bama will meet in Tampa for the NCG this year. The longer it takes for us and Bama to get back to the NCG together, is how long I will suffer from that loss!!!

I do too. I believe we will have the best team this year, too. We certainly had it last year, and Saban knew it when he resorted to a 1 in a hundred trick play to try and stop our momentum. It did work, but they were not a better team than we were. Had they been, he wouldn't have resorted to trickery. I still say that isn't the play that beat us. They made several super plays, and it took all of that to eke by little old Clemson.

Well there is not much we can come back with on Bama.
Just hope one day we can accomplish what they have.
It's still pretty good tho that only 1 program in the nation is really better than Clemson.

I think that you could rightfully say that they were a half of a step ahead of us this year if you compare the two teams game stats with us losing by less than a TD. Also with them scoring a kickoff return, the on side kick that simply got away from us. It was a planned play, but it took a lot of luck for it to succeed. Then their was the TE getting behind our coverage that if Mackensie Alexander hadn't been out from injury, I don't believe that would have happened. And they won only by 5 points. They are a half step ahead of us, and that is way more than the other teams can say!!! I'm in no way ashamed of that loss bc that game could have been won by us. All coaches admit that in games like that when playing for who is the best, it takes a very good team playing it's best with some luck. With Bama's experience of playing in those high profile games like that, they have learned to try and make their luck, and they did with the onside kickoff!!! Half step!!!!

Wow he was part of some title teams but besides the kick return he did nothing of importance in any of the title games there were always better back infront of him! DW will have last laugh when we win and has better career in the pros! Making more money then this kid will ever see

Personally, I'm very thankful that Bama players and everyone else that are making negative comments like that are being made. It has made our coaching staff finally admit that our special teams were broken and badly needed fixing. And fix it they will do, that is what great coaches do, they actually do fix it!!!
