Oh wait, ... nevermind.
KC sux, always has post-Christian Okoye, Marcus and Montana ...
Move along, nothing to see there.

Might want to refresh your browser bud. At 5-2, and after losing 2 in a row, with last week to a 3-4 Oakland team, not exceptional.

Just saying the org doesn't have the best track record in terms of evaluating talent given lack of success in making, and winning in playoffs.

If he has a four million dollar per year contract for a sixteen game schedule.........would his playing in one game mean he gets paid $250,000 for that game?

His annual rate is the League Minimum for a player with his Years in the NFL, which I believe is $900,000. His per game check should be around $50,000.

Hope you find a team that keeps you, CJ.
You’re still one of my all-time favorite Tigers.

Life turns around?
The guy is picking up $50k paychecks with the same amount of effort we use to pick up a quarter we find on the ground.
I hate that CJ's career didn't explode into HOF status, but his life doesn't need turning around. He knows exactly what he's doing. Lol.

2 reasons he won't. #1 he still wants to play, and #2 he pretty much has to take what he can get, since his most productive years were wasted by going to the losing franchise with the stupid coaches that drafted him. That's why I'm really happy that Watson didn't go higher in the draft. He would wast the firs 5 years of his career with the worst team in the league. Instead, he is burning up the patch, and I would bet the ones who passed on him are disappointed at their stupidity.

To teach our backs to recognize defensive stunts and block.
As far as the run goes: It would be like Yoda (Spiller) teaching Luke (Etienne) the way of the Force.

Just a note for all the "get CJ on the coaching staff" people. The best athletes rarely make the best coaches, because their style of play isn't based on fundamentals. How many times did we see CJ run backwards to try to pick up a big play. Yeah he pulled it off more often than not, but that's not what you want to coach somebody to do. I wouldn't want CJ coaching young RBs just like I wouldn't want Brett Favre coaching young QBs because his advice would be to just throw the ball as hard as he did.

I'd take league minimum for a cool 40 hours of work 3-4 times a year and be a happy little turd.
I'm sure Boulware would too ... too soon?

I wonder what the record for this type stuff is w the same team. I doubt he's close but ti is not the type thing you really keep up with unless it is a player /team you care about
