To be complete, give the offense and defense of both Auburn and Clemson, not just one of each. There was a pretty substantial differeceived as I remember.
I agree with the premise though, recruiting has made a difference, but better development is just as important.

recruits at the same level as Auburn and the the rest of the SEC", crap. Maybe we do, or just a little better. A little better in that we recruit kids of good character. A little better in the coaching staffs ability to turn 3 stars into first rounders. Team building is much more than sheer talent. It's chemistry, desire and leadership that is developed and points the way to success.

3 recruiting teams in the country along with Bama and 0hi0 St. Nowhere did it say we just recruit at the same level as Allbarn and the SEC. I think you could say the top tier includes FSU but we do seem to develop players better than FSU at this time. Rather complimentary article,

And a total of 1 yard passing...of course Kent St is a run-first team but still, 1-5 passing for 1 yd.
