What is "Clemson without the Lake" means? I get it that auburn fans celebrates but not sure what the lake reference is. tia.

I believe it was Lewis Grizzard who said Clemson was Auburn

Clemson was modeled after Auburn. If you go there, it looks and feels a lot like Clemson. The bell tower looks like Tillman Hall. They call Clemson, Auburn with a lake (Hartwell) and we the converse.
