Espn decides not to show national

Anthem because their data shows that the public wants to see more football and less political stuff. So they translate that to mean that the fans don't want to see the national anthem on TV. How do they stay in business?

and I doubt they want to plan to show the anthem but then turn away if they see a player kneel.

If they (media/sports networks) REALLY wanted this whole protest thing to go away, they'd keep every camera focused on the American flag during the entire National Anthem. Something tells me they REALLY don't want it go away though.. ??
