Enjoyed the game last night. Finally a game! It was weird

for some reason. I guess the lack of fans gave it a spring game feel. Don't know. We seemed to play safe, and I was mostly happy with the first-team o-line. Wake seemed to be playing deep and were on the run, so TL could do pretty much want he wanted underneath.
The D performed well on the front 7, and we certainly got some education hours completed for the secondary. With two starters missing, the youngsters got their chance and had a few growing pains. All of that will help us in the long run.
Potter was a machine, which was good to see. Still can't believe Spiers hasn't graduated, or been beaten out. Have to trust the coaches there I guess.
Looking forward to seeing how things feel next week in The Valley!

I actually fell asleep during the game,if you could call it a game. It was opening weekend, real football, both college, and pro(Thursday night) and I found none of the games worth a hoot, not even our game. I wanted to enjoy football, and what you got mostly was political commentary. Care to express your views on that?
I chose to not let the commentary ruin my experience of CU

football. I have what I think is a good position/belief on the issues, and don't see that changing nor will I change any others opinions. To stay away from the commentary, I only watched the Clemson game, no other games, and none of the pre-game. I caught the second quarter Thursday night to see the Tigers on both teams. When they teased all the crap they planned to discuss at halftime, I changed the channel and didn't return. I enjoyed the Clemson game for the game that it was. And hey, NO SEC CRAP!
