exactly why Big 12 voted not to expand all the conference championship game does is hurt the chances of one of your best teams in conference because rankings are done by Effin idiots.

so you actually have 8 teams playing but less than half of those playing Saturday have a chance at getting in Alabama could get throat pucnched and still be in the B1G game has no Bearing on the play offs If Clemson wins but barely they could be out the you have

So If no one has a conference championship game selected champ if not a clear winner Playing in a conference championship only hurts you there is no reward in winning your conference Unless each conference makes a by law that only their conference champ will represent them in the play offs do the top 2 teams get a bye and have 4 play in games
