Honestly, based on our whole season I don't believe we should host. We're on the bubble but I would guess we won't. It sucks. Was really looking forward to hosting. I thought this year might be special.

I'll be disappointed IF we were offered a regional...and if we were, we should turn it down. Just like the NIT, I wish we could turn down a bid to the tournament to be honest. Tired of baseball season, just like I was tired of basketball season. No one's fault, just not as good as we hoped we were. This team is done. Thanks for an exciting first half of the season, and thanks for beating the gamecocks twice. I agree: NO MORE CATCH PHRASES !!!

When you lose 14 of your last 24 and 9 of your last 10 conf games, I'd say that post is spot on. They don't deserve to host unfortunately. That being said I hope they still get a chance to redeem themselves. They have proven they have the capability. Just bad timing right now.

Sorry to the Tiger team for a tough end to ACC play. My thought is the bubble didn't burst, it just slowly ran outta air over the past month. Salvage what you can in NCAA tourney and remember, the fans feel your disappointment and continue to rally each game. Go Tigers

I was concerned that them sitting around on their butts all week waiting to play a game on Friday that meant absolutely nothing in the scheme of the tournament would bite us. Apparently, the hope of hosting a regional was not enough to motivate them today. Host or not, I don't see them making it out of a regional with the way they've been playing. Baseball is a fickle game like that. Is it football season yet?

Don't see how the team will get to host after going zero for the tourney and winning only 8 of the last 20. Will likely be out of the top 25.
