What happens if you decline the tickets on the email?

I have too many tickets and got some through a friend with IPTAY. He sent me an email for the tix and there is an option to decline tickets. I assume that my friend has already had to pay and would not get a refund.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

These are club level in Section 140 24 rows up.

2 in that section listed for $878. Others in equivalent sections are listed around $800.
Not sure if any have sold at that price though.
