I don't get ESPN at home but I'm watching ESPNU at hotel room this morning. They are discussing top four for playoff and all agree Florida State should not be in because not playing like a top 4 team and included Alabama, Oregon, Oklahoma, and Texas AM bc they are all playing on elite levels. I know FSU hasn't looked as world beaters as last year but seriously? Texas AM going to overtime against Arkansas is not even being discussed, just shows how great the Aggies can respond to adversity. FSU coming back on road against undefeated wolfpack is just FSU and the ACC being terrible. Such a bunch of hypocritical crap.

It amazes me how these people can't see the hypocrisy in what they say.

When an unranked SEC team gives a top ranked SEC team a scare it somehow "shows the depth of the conference".

Unranked Mississippi St. had wins over Southern Miss, UAB, and South Alabama before beating LSU and jumping all the way up to #14.

So clearly they are terrible!

And if Notre Dame loses to them in a close manner, all media goobers will use that as a reason to put ND in the playoff. Yet FSU is garbage. Sure.

I hate the sec but I'd have to agree that fsu does not look good. We should have killed them at fsu. They are not the team they were last year for sure.

Regardless they will figure out a way to get to SEC teams in there.
