Florida has a lot of money, but I'd be shocked if they wanted to pay Dabo's buyout. There will be plenty of interest in that job.

Why not? He runs a clean program, is a quality guy, and would recruit so well down there. Would he go? Don't know, but hiring him would be far less risky than hiring Muschamp was when they hired him. ADs don't like risk.

I wouldn't mind, I'd rather promote BV to head coach instead of risk losing him. You know usually every Head Coach specializes in either Offense or Defense. What does Dabo specialize in? just a motivational speaker. That's why he has to have a great offensive and defensive coordinator, instead of just one. At least if we had a great defensive minded Head Coach we wouldn't have to worry about the DC spot so much.

If they want to buy out Dabo for 20 mill and he takes it, then so be it. Then we need to either promote BV and keep Morris or bring Rich Rod back with CBV or Muschampion as DC.

all the haters that have been on here the last couple of days would be ok with Dabo going to FL. I for one do not want him to leave us. Call me a Dabo pumper, supporter or whatever you want but I think he is a good fit for Clemson and I like the direction we are headed.
I think Chad leaves before Dabo ever leaves and not talking about Fl job I just think in general.
