When did the NCAA change the 25 recruit rule or do they just over-look an SEC team. With ESPN talking so much
about how 7 SEC Teams are in the top 10. Rules are made
to be bent.

The guys that are early enrollees will be counted against last years class. The rule was mainly intended for Houston Nutt who would sign 35+ players not expecting most of them to qualify. Then all of sudden they do, and the young men get screwed.

How does that explain
Texas A&M with 34
UGA with 32
neither team lost that many players and they also
over signed last year

So they can only have 85 total and sign 25 per year
but NCAA rules are not the same for all teams.
Yes Clemson counts back to replace players who transfer or who are lost to grades
The NCAA max is 85 not 86

Hard to count back when you are signing 30-35 a year.***
