I read this in the paper this morning and have one question. The article says that it is legal to tape a conversation if one person knows it is being taped. Well, obviously the person taping it knew, but neither of the gentleman knew. I don't really care one way or the other, but how was that not a set up? It appears that she knew something was going to be said and was prepared to tape it. Also, one of the men said that she was the one who arranged the meeting. It sounds to me like they wanted those men off the board and set this whole situation up.
