Hard to believe it has only been 5 years.

I know EA had to settle and is afraid of another lawsuit, but why not use this fan obsession to your benefit. Release a game with updated graphics and buy the license from the schools. Then set every player to 5'9 175 lbs and let the rest of the world fill in the rest. Open source drives many industries right now. If EA can't do it there is nothing stopping the fans.

for releasing something that allows people to create players.

It sucks but that's just the world we live in. Only takes 1 aswhole to ruin it for everyone.
