when you're a fringe prospect, every detail is vital. Hot Rod had to run better than that today. Hate this for him because I've been a big fan of his for a long time.

How many NFL snaps did Dwyer take?

Mar 6, 2014, 10:39 AM [ in reply to Dwyer from GT ran a ]

I know he got drafted, but I'm not sure I've seen him play at all since he left GT.

A 4.65 doesn't kill his chances. 18 reps on the bench looked pretty good and it will come down to how he preformed in drills to whether someone will take a chance on him. For Rod's sake he at least deserves a chance.

Why would you even compare Dwyer to HotRod?

Mar 6, 2014, 10:54 AM [ in reply to Dwyer from GT ran a ]

Dwyer is a 230 lb big back. HotRod is 200 lb scat back.

NFL talent. He is definitely the type of guy where if things don't work out for him you'd want him back here in some capacity. Grad asst or something and he pursues further education. He may not be a pro ever but he's the type who would make a great coach

4.65 not too bad...

I remember a guy name Blier who almost lost a foot and they timed him with an hour glass...Not to shabby a career if you ask me.

Don't Give up on him! He'll make someone's team proud to have him on their roster.
