The first 2 games were a mixture of talent and new coaching staff. The last 3 games the talent was even and you can argue that we had the better team.
That leads me to believe that our QB wasn't up to the challenge. Tajh was our QB for 3 of the best teams we ever had and he lost in double digits 3 times. We were way better than USuC the last two years. We would of needed a miracle to win this year with 3 minutes left down by 14, but that miracle doesn't start with an INT. 3 of the 6 turnovers were by a 5th year senior that is the best qb in clemson history.
Yeah, but if you guys were up by 7 or 10 points at that time of the game, Boyd doesn't HAVE to throw, and throw score as quickly as possible. You would have (assuming) have put it in the hands of Rod McDowell who was having a good game and do what we did for most of the game. Eat up clock and sustain drives. Possibly the two picks at the end of the game never happen under different circumstances. Boyd was not the reason you guys lost Saturday night. The turnovers didn't help him late in the game, but the game was lost (for Clemson) earlier with the fumbled punt and our turning into a TD.
