Downtown Parking

Nov 3, 2015, 9:53 AM

Anyone know how early you need to get there to park along Old Greenville Hwy/ 93 at the Episcopal Church or one of the other paid parking lots? Are those a better option than one of the church lots on College Ave?

Trying to give some friends going to their first Clemson game this weekend some parking options and they want to be able to tailgate and be accessible to downtown. I know you can park out at the Y Beach but that's a hike if they want to go to Bowman or downtown.

How much are they charging now to park on gameday? Any ideas other than Y Beach or Kite Hill?

I would think the churches along College Avenue would be the best option. They fill up rather quickly so an early arrival is important. I have been parking in the downtown parking garage for the last 5 or 6 years and love the convience. It is the easiest to get in before and out of after the game.
