My money is on a certain former volunteer fireman. Who's 4 keys to life were:
1. Work hard.
2. Take every opportunity to love cougars.
3. Smoke weed everyday. (Preferably in a tent.)
4. And never learn my lesson about trolling the mange. (Where the overlords consider their true money making cesspool.)
But I could be wrong.

I think while scoks are forbidden by the letter of the law, the true enforcement often comes from repeating the same offenses. One of the biggest seems to be trolling the mange too hard.

I've been told I have Alien Hand Syndrome but have never gotten an official diagnosis. It happens rarely and it didn't start occurring until middle school. One day I was playing shuffleboard in the laundry room with my older brother, and my dad walks in to get something out of the dryer while he's talking on a cordless phone. I was leaning against the wall right next to him, and I slowly grabbed the phone out of his hand and dropped it into the washing machine, which was filled with soapy water. I didn't even realize I'd done it, especially because my dad didn't say anything about it at first. He just walked out of the room and came back a few minutes later and began beating me senseless with a set of jumper cables.
