Doesn't look good for us getting GameDay next week...

From another site (TCI):
they are giving strong consideration to going to the West Coast next weekend for either the Oregon game at Washington State game or the Colorado game at Washington.
We are told the Washington State game is attractive to them because of the 250 game streak of Washington State flying their flag at GameDays.

Mike Leach was the guy I wanted hired when they announced Tommy Bowden was " retiring " .
As a modern commercially inclined pirate , I can admit that I was a little miffed when they kept Dabo Swinney .

We wouldn't be where we are right now if we had gotten Leach, but there sure would have been a lot of memorable press conferences! I love watching his meandering commentary.

I remember listening to his XM radio show years ago , during the time after he had left Texas Tech and was sort of taking it easy . Has a sharp mind and is really a very humorous person in my view . One of my favorite coaches in modern CFB .

Yes, by "meandering" I didn't mean that he isn't brilliant. He's a well rounded guy with some impressive trains of thought.

Oregon-Washington this is week gives you a guranteed 1 (I think Oregon pulls off the home upset if anyone is a wagering enthusiast) and Colorado @ USC could take the steam out of that Colorado-OU game next week.

I’m calling B.S. Washington St isn’t even close to being ranked. Gameday won’t gift them a visit. Washington/Colorado is a possibility. However, our game featured two unbeatens, so that would be a head-scratcher.

WSU is 5-1 right now. They are “ranked” 28 in the AP and 26 in the coaches poll now. They are likely to enter the top 25 in both polls this week. Gameday has gone to unexpected locations over the last few years with visits to ND St (twice), James Madison (twice), Time Square, Western Michigan, Harvard, Columbia SC, and Knoxville TN and that is just the last 5 seasons.

That Oregon St @ Wazzu is an AWFUL GameDay matchup.

Other than Deptooler, who is gonna watch that game in SC?
At least Colorado and Washington is a game of national relevance (yet interests me very little).
Celebrating Wazzu’s 250th flag appearance on their rival’s turf seems ruthless on ESPN’s behalf... so that’s what I expect!

On ESecPN Gameday, Kirk may have just dropped a clue.

They the were talking about the names of stadiums, and the question was asked what is the name of the Washington (or Washington State?) stadium, and Kirk replied that maybe he would find out when he was there next week.

If you were Desdumb or Corso, would you vote to avoid coming to CLEMSON and taking their punishment?
