Yes it absolutely will, all traffic is being diverted to I75 south and north as no lanes are open on I85 except southbound express and you either have to be a transit vehicle or carry min of 3 folks in the car. Make you plans accordingly if you are traveling down here, i'd factor in an 1-1.5 hours. If you're coming from Clemson, you probably want to take I285 south towards I20 and come into town from the east side on I20 to the connector.
