Nope. I have no idea who our coach is for WBB, nor do I know the names of a single player on that team. We do have a team - right?

The game will be interesting just to see the Coots lose.
If I think about it I will probably flip it to the game a few times to check the score.
But I can only watch so much because wimmens BB sucks.
Now if the Coots happen to blow out MS I will only watch for a few seconds.
If this happens so be it , it will still be funny hearing Coots brag about it.

History is not on MSU's side. This season;
On 01/23/17 in their regular season game vs.Mississippi State, Cootettes beat them 64-61.
In the SEC tourney on 03/05/17 vs.Mississippi State, Cootettes beat them 59-49.

Well it's very hard to beat a good team 3 times in one season.
MS is going to be very confident after beating the best team of all time.
Just like the American hockey team after beating the Russians
They will be focused and play well.

With the relatively (compared to the men) slow and labored movements of the women , it's boring and just feels less "athletic". Now clearly all of these women are better athletes than me but still, watching it is PAINFUL. So if they want to be excited about success in a tertiary sport, good for them, but how anyone can watch that and get excited about it I have no idea.

Is that UConn, this team that is supposed to be the best coached, had the game tied in the final 4 and took a bad shot with 12 seconds left in the game with the shot clock off. That is so bad, it's embarasssing. Not even the worst Men's teams would make that mistake.
If Clemson were in this game I may not even watch it and if they won it would be "nice", that's about it. I would care much more about winning the series at tech today.

There were some pretty bad late game decisions in the men's tournament this year.
Remember the Vanderbilt player fouling? Also several bad end of game plays

Yeh, the Vanderbilt one was really bad, but it was also in the heat of the moment. UConn just had a big break in play with that Technical foul and review. The coach literally had 10 minutes to come up with a plan for the past play. This team is supposed to be the best ever and then make that mistake? I think it's a reflection on the sport in general.

It's almost as bad as calling timeout while your team has numbers on a fast break. Oh wait...

The upstate sc sport reporters have given a lot of coverage to the women's program. I'm sure if they win it all, it wil be the lead story in many markets. As for most of us ,we won't care about it. I hope they lose tonight.
