Not on game day. If the walk up and down the hill at C-1 and back up Fort Hill after the game is too much or if you have little ones with you I'd try parking at Y beach. It costs money but you get dropped off on Perimeter Road just across from Littlejohn at the McFadden building.

We park in C1. there is a shuttle from C1 to the library before the game. It does not run after the game though.
