Contact Charter through Live Chat at Spectrum.net and you can upgrade from 60Mbps to 100Mbps for no charge unless you are bundled. I did it and it took 10 seconds. They'll just make sure your area has that speed and upgrade it.

At the bottom click Contact Us, then Ask Spectrum, a bot will come up, but just type Agent and click Live Chat ezpz
