I'd say Hot Rod has earned more PT. Bring Howard back slowly from his injury.

endzone. No time to experiment with alternate backs. Ellington - 1, Hot Rod - 2, and Howard/Brooks - 3 if you need them. But we ain't playing ball state this weekend.

Good question.

What I can't determine is: Has Hot Rod gotten that much better, or is he just surprising the D when he gets the touches? He seems to be getting large gains and making awesome plays. That "jump-step" (that's what I call it) that he did early in the season was beyond belief. That defender's jockstrap is still lying on the field. Maybe against Ball State.
