A lot has been made about Clemson winning its final 10 games of last season by at least 20 points and how that has us tied with Nebraska and Boise State (and one other?) for the second-longest such streak in the poll era (since the 1930's).

Since Bama won their first 12 games last season by at least 20 points, they hold the #1 spot for that 20-point margin streak.

But Bama failed to win their next two games by at least 20 points, and of course did not come within 28 points of winning their 15th at all.

So they won a TOTAL of 12 games by at least 20 points last year. Clemson won 13 by at least 20. That's got to be the single-season record for most victories by 20+, right?

The other record I'm wondering if our 2018 Tigers hold is total point differential. We ended the season +467, with a per-game margin of +31.13. Anyone know if that's the record for either total differential or per-game margin in the poll era?

FSPU in 2013 scored 723 and gave up 170 for a +553 differential. The game margin was +39.5.

FSPU only had two close games in 2013, against BC and Awburn. They slaughtered everyone else.
