Spiller had a huge game IIRC.
There were a few years where Temple was one of the worst programs in FBS, slaughtered every game

The following week was the Gameday game against GT - the high point of Tommy's career. And then it all came crashing down when we lost 4 out of 5 to end the season.

My first ever Clemson game and I believe it was 63-9 is correct. Seen my first Clemson game ever at Panthers Stadium and a few years before watched my first Panthers game , and their first ever win, at Clemson over the Jets.

I went , drove up from Cola with my Coot little brother and his work buddy from Ladson ( who supplied the tix) . Great night for CJ Spiller and the defense .
Temple was terrible then .

Yep, Temple was the 'home' team for the series where we got two home games and they got one. We obviously had more fans at the game, but it was far from a sellout. Guess a lot of Clemson fans clamouring to get tickets these days hadn't jumped on the R.O.Y. bus yet. lol
