Did the replay booth just signal down to the field

to make that targeting call on Utah St? The call came way after the 3rd down play was over. The Wisconsin player had missed the catch and saw the hit coming before it happened. The Utah St player dropped his shoulder into the Wisconsin WRs body, it just so happened his helmet followed. What a shame. The Utah St DB has been making plays tonight, now he is ejected.

I hope Utah St wins this game. I like Wisconsin but can't stand the overhyped B1G. As for Utah St; I have had respect for their program for a few years.

That a replay official can signal a targetting call?If so geeez!Football is forever changing for the worse.

I'd think so, because that is the first time I have ever seen such. Otherwise, Wisconsin got some home cooking right there. No official on the field made the call, then minutes later a flag cones out of nowhere.
