Clemson 2018, within the first two minutes, Dabo and Saban are talking. Dabo says, "we're just trying to hang in there" in which Saban replies, "you got us". Did he know or have a gut feeling?

Agree but in reply to "just trying to hang in there" definitely sounds like he thought we were going to win. Saban does seem to really know his teams.

Saban is smart enough to know what is going to happen, I have no doubt. I wouldn’t be surprised if he let on. I’m also sure he is arrogant in that he says things in an attempt to be coy or deceptive regardless of what he feels.

This one is a head scratcher to me.
