any other Clemson site nor should radio callers give it credence nor the hosts even mention it. It was no big deal when it was one story a week even, but now it is every day.

as popular as Finebaum is with Tide fans, he actually was on their sheet list for a while for---testifying, giving information to, passing damning info----that was damaging to Bama's pleas that they did nothing wrong in the Albert Means scandal-----to the NCAA and those pleas eventually turned to entreaties for mercies when it was proven beyond a shadow that a booster had paid Means' family and one of his HS assistant coaches who was acting as an agent, I guess
Even more, the Albert Means scandal was discovered to involve 7 or 8 other (mainly SEC) schools
& even though 'Bama was ALREADY on NCAA Probation when the Albert Means payoffs began, the NCAA never even considered "the death penalty"--far as I know
The Bama booster behind most of the exchange of money died a couple of years later under mysterious circumstances

This guy needs a villain for his meal ticket Alabama. He has enjoyed beating up fan bases that have challenged Bama from within the SEC that can’t take Saban out…..Well now he has a worth adversary in Clemson that he is having a bare-knuckles brawl with the fan base because he’s disrespected the Tigers and ACC in this new playoff era and the fans are giving him hell on his show….But he wants that. Clemson is ratings gold regardless of being for or against is.

Also I guess this is the talking season we get when no assistant coach is beating his wife while his national championship winning coach shields him.

I don't know why some of us let Finebaum get to us. His entire career is built on trolling fan bases, every time you mention him you are just giving him more power. He trolled Alabama and Auburn pretty hard back when he was writer.

said it seemed like Bama was on probation several times during that time frame. Paul was caught off guard and had nothing to say except, "we're not talking about Alabama, we're talking about Clemson. Usually if an announcer dislikes a program, it is better to be sly about it and quietly pull against the program. Finebaum just completely lost it this year. He lowered himself to the level of his callers and wore his true feelings on his sleeve. He just couldn't take it that Clemson fans spoke up against things, much less that Clemson beat the dog #### out of Alabama on national tv and on the biggest stage of all.
If the SEC champion played the ACC champion, they would get beat by 4 touchdowns. That is hard for them to take. Someone even claimed the SEC 4th place team would win the ACC. Now we know the SEC champion would, at best be a 4 touchdown runnerup in the ACC.

so many things this off season and nothing sticks. Remember when he was "outraged" at the Osama Bin Dabo comment.
THen he tied faux outrage over the Kelly Bryant ring situation.
Then he tried to make a thing out of Simpson replying to the Bama player comments.
He could get nothing to stick because nothing sticks like a 28 point beat down.
