Providing a “clean test now” has nothing to do with it. The only way that “MIGHT” matter is if you believe the health workers tainted the sample. And that would be the only appeal that might have Dexter playing next week. And that’s just not likely.

Unless they can find the source of contamination, there is no basis for appeal. I am heartbroken for this fine young man!

Apparently 38 out of 40 appeals have been successful. Clemson needs to "go to school" on those other successful appeal approaches and see whether any can apply. There's no substitute for precedent in these type of matters.
