strength/weakness of ACC football, the fact is Clemson over the last ten years has played a much tougher schedule than any ten year stretch during the "glory days" of Ford's teams in the 80s. And, specifically since Swinney has been the head coach, we are on a better pace, playing more games, with more wins against that tougher overall schedule. Nobody likes losing to the ##### and what happened yesterday should not have happened. But that should not be used to tarnish what has been a great several year period for Clemson football. Dabo is the one responsible for that and he is welcome to be the head coach at Clemson for as long as he likes in my humble opnion. Bad loss yesterday? Yes. Is it a reason to pack it in and give up? Hell no. Absolutely not.

This is one of the most ignorant posts I've read today. The ACC this year is the worst I've ever seen, and its been going downhill the past few years.

"Great several year period" --enjoy the blowouts that much?

"...as long as he likes" no one should or does get this type of unconditional job security.

I can't even quantify how bad the ACC is top to bottom this year. This weekend had these results...

#2 SEC completely annihilates #5 ACC by the end of the half
#3 SEC out muscles #1 ACC all game ON THE ROAD and wins comfortably in the 4th quarter
#5 SEC out muscles #2 ACC all game ON THE ROAD and wins comfortably in the 4th quarter
#8 SEC dominates the #9 ACC team and finishes..... 8-4?!?!?!?

Yes, the EIGHTH best SEC team is 8-4 this year. (Vandy fellas, vandy)
