I know these are trying times, but I have a problem and I don't know who else to turn to. My problem is I ordered a businessmans hair cut online for $19.99. I ordered the hair cut from Abbad Abu Baha Fahd Hakim Imad Mahmud who lives in Uzbekistan. He seemed like a nice person, he said he had just lost his job at the local date processing plant and was taking care of his 93 year old father who was blind in one eye, has a heart condition, his 87 year old mother who is deaf, has a bad back and his 65 year old sister who has a club foot and stutters. I placed my order 16 days ago and my hair cut has not arrived yet. What should I do?
