David Hood I have a quick WR question for you sir

May 20, 2016, 4:41 PM

If you had to rank our current wr's from fastest to slowest, how would it go? I guess use the 40 yard dash as your measuring stick. I'm not talking any 40 times that they ran one time in high school. Let's say you got them together today and took them to the indoor practice facility, and had them race for 40 yards. You can include the guys that enroll this summer if you want, but I understand if you choose not to because you haven't seen them in practice yet. Thanks and thanks for running a good site as well.

Ray Ray
Deon
Cornell
Artavis
Mike
Deondre
Shadell
Hunter
TJ
Trevion

That would be my guess but hard to tell with the Freshman.

That looks really close to me but

I would swap Cornell and Ray Ray. I was thinking Ray Ray was more like Scott. Meaning he has better acceleration than top end speed.

That my be true. Deon my be the fastest with Cornell close. I would really like to know some 40 times. I remember they let is know when it was Watkins and Peake.

I think he is quick like Artavis and I'm sure Artavis would out run him I would put my money on it.

Move Hunter up a spot or 2 and I'd say it's about right.

Hard to judge speed with RRM, since a gust of wind tackled him every time he got the ball. Hope that young man has learned to love Leg day! To me that is what really made a difference with Tay Scott until he got hurt. When you saw him early in the season he flat refused to be arm tackled, and was beasting fools for a smaller WR. RRM shows a lot of quickness, but if he can mass up a bit, he could the the guy we all hope he is.

for sure the fastest WR has to be...
