to do Ro Sham Bo on the sideline when deciding what plays to run in critical situations.
I don't like this at all. Had no problem with Jeff Scott, but the co-coordinators thing is confusing, surprising, and just a bad idea.

Why is it a bad idea. You have two young guys you want to keep on staff. The co-OC is just a title and plays very little into their actual job description. In the end only one will be calling plays. This will also allow both to retain some recruiting responsibilities and both have been under Morris so both can help with the offensive gameplan.

It isn't confusing at all. Jeff Scott will call plays. Dabo will not call plays. Tony Elliott will consult and help with the game plan.

just says Napier. None of them have any evidence as to why he may fail, while everyone supporting him has a mountain of evidence to why he probably will not.
