DRad obviously doesn't care about basketball

Otherwise he wouldn't have scheduled the Spring Game on the same day as the Final Four. He didn't have faith we would make the Final Four, which would cause fans to be split between two equivalent sporting events.
We need an AD that supports our basketball team (almost) as much as he supports football. Although he was right... but maybe if he had scheduled the Spring Game for another weekend, we would have made the Final Four. I guess we'll never know for sure.

I assume this is a joke and quite funny. Only problem is it’s not a tough decision. Spring game all the way. Dabo has already stated he wants the fans to show up so Spring Game it is.

I’m sure that the phone conversation between DRad and Dabo went like this .. “Dabo, I’ve left open April 6th for the spring game so plan your practice sessions, spring break, and everything else around that date because that all we can do for you”! Some of you probably believe this!

Shows he's in tune with the fan base. The vast majority of Clemson fans don't care about basketball either.
BTW the Spring game is over at noon. The first basketball game doesn't tip until 6pm. I think you'll make it home in time.

If Clemson had made the Final Four (big IF), then how would fans attend the Spring Game at noon and then the Final Four game in Minneapolis at 6pm?
So obviously DRad wasn't betting on his own basketball team to make the Final Four. Shows how little he cares.
